On-Site Consultation Terms

Fee. On-site consultations start at $499. The exact fee depends on the scope of your project and is quoted and confirmed with you in writing before your appointment is booked. Payment is due at booking to reserve your appointment.

What’s included. About two hours of focused time at your property with you and everyone involved in the decision, followed by a written proposal with an accurate starting cost and a ballpark range for your project. Please have every decision-maker present so we can answer everyone’s questions in one visit.

Credit toward your project. The full consultation fee is credited toward your final invoice if you sign a construction agreement with Your Dream Home Improvements within 90 days of your consultation. The credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Rescheduling and cancellation. You may reschedule or cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund or a new appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are non-refundable. Once the consultation has taken place, the fee is non-refundable, as it covers professional time and expertise.

Estimates. Figures provided during or after the consultation are estimates only. Final pricing, scope, and terms are set only in a signed written agreement.
